The West-Coast based Asian grocery mega-store chain will open its second Lone Star outpost in Plano, off Central and Spring Creek Parkway. (The first opened last year in Houston.) I will be visiting this weekend for a Walk the Wok/Basket Case hybrid, but if you're curious and can't wait until the 23rd, the supermarket is currently holding a soft-opening. Evenif you come early, you might want to re-visit during the grand-opening on the 23rd for the chance to win prizes like gift cards and free meals. Store opens at 9 a.m. 99 Ranch Market 131 Spring Creek Parkway, Plano
