The AP reported Monday that the creator of Doritos, Arch West, passed away in Dallas on Tuesday. West's daughter told the Dallas Morning News that the family plans on "tossing Doritos chips in before they put dirt over the urn."
We're so sad to hear about the passing of the Doritos creator. Doritos have brought us all happiness in sad times and drunk times and high times. And we think the family's idea of pouring some Doritos out for our homie, Arch West, is a great one.
So: Here's our list of our five favorite Doritos flavors, which absolutely have to be dropped in there with our snack chip hero:
The OG flavor of Doritos was "taco flavor." They brought it back recently as a limited edition. Somebody must have a bag of these they could offer up for the cause, right?
The best Doritos ever. Pure nacho-y, cheesy genius.
If you don't have Cool Ranch Doritos, you don't really have anything at all.
