One of Ocean Prime's newest cocktails, the Rum Punch, is an exciting version of an old classic thanks to the addition of Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur and a touch of chocolate bitters. The spice from the chile liqueur is faint but noticeable, and then you're left with a slight whisper of chocolate from the bitters. It looks simple, but the flavors mix well to create a well-balanced, complex cocktail. With so much going on, it still tastes simple and refreshing.

Stop into your local liquor store and pick up these items or pop into Ocean Prime for their version. Just make sure to get a couple bowls of their truffle popcorn.

RUM PUNCH
1.5 oz. Don Pancho 8 Year Rum
0.25 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
0.25 oz. Orchard Apricot Liqueur
1 oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
0.5 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
5 drops Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass, add ice, and shake. Strain over ice into fresh glass.
