Sixty Vines, the airy, modern Plano restaurant serving delightful Italian dishes with more than 40 wines on tap, is opening a gorgeous new restaurant at 5 p.m. Monday in the Crescent. Via a press release:

It will feature an indoor/outdoor design that feels fresh, lush, and purposeful. Naturally placed grape vines, wine barrels, and harvest tools create an ambiance similar to a vineyard tasting room. The open kitchen acts as a stage for the chefs to put on a show and enables guests to watch, hear, and smell dishes that are being prepared before they reach the table.

Sixty Vines’ menu features wine country cuisine, a way of cooking and eating that celebrates seasonal produce, infused olive oils, sustainable seafood, locally raised beef and poultry, artisanal pizzas, charcuterie, and rustic breads — all served with a perfectly paired glass of wine.
The new wine-centric restaurant will open for dinner and will add lunch April 23 and a "Champagne brunch" April 28.
