Bishop Avenue was blocked off on Sunday afternoon for the third-annual Brew Riot, a homebrew competition featuring more than 50 homebrew teams. But while beer drinkers sipped their carbonated beverages, kiddies under the age of 21 weren't left with many options, as The Soda Gallery was closed.
