What are the five Dallas restaurants you go to most often? Bolsa, Bolsa, Bolsa, Neighborhood Services (all), Bangkok City on Bryan Street and Teppo.

What are five things the Dallas restaurant scene needs more of? Wow, five things? I love our food scene. But if you have to ask...Dutch French fries. [Note: For the uninitiated that means fries with mayo instead of ketchup.]

What are five things the Dallas restaurant scene needs less of? A-holes.

What is the best of Dallas when it comes to restaurants? Bolsa.

What is the worst of Dallas when it comes to restaurants? We don't need another taco joint or burger house!

If you could steal one dish off another Dallas chef's menu, what would it be? I don't wanna steal anything. Just gonna make my way over there and eat it.
