The 3900 block of Cedar Springs was filled with a sea of beautiful people Saturday night 10/26/19 for the annual Oaklawn Halloween Block Party. Stunning costumes were worn by hundreds of people on the brisk Autumn night  which featured a Costume Promenade — a catwalk for those who wished to show off their costumes. Many iconic characters were spotted in the crowd including Freddy Mercury, Wile E. Coyote & the Road Runner, the Flinstones, Sandra Dee & Danny Zuko, Slenderman and more! Photos by Jessica Waffles
