No. 13: Champagne and Brie Soup at St. Martin's Wine Bistro
For 33 years, devoted fans of St. Martin's Wine Bistro have been flocking to the restaurant for its famously decadent Champagne and Brie Soup. Being one of the oldest culinary gems in Dallas, St. Martin's offers a plethora of incredible fare (the mussels in spicy broth springs to mind), yet the creamy soup continues to stand out as the restaurant's signature dish. The velvety soup is layered with hints of Champagne, sweetness of cream and a slight pungency from the cheese. As a Dallas timeless classic, the Champagne and Brie Soup secures its spot on this list.
