Five course beer dinner at Oceanaire...

The Oceanaire Seafood Room announces a special five-course 'Beer Dinner' on Thursday, January 29 featuring select brews from the Anchor Brewery Company of San Francisco, complemented by the culinary expertise of executive chef Chad Kelley Cost for this extraordinary event is $55 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Menu is as follows:

First Course Maryland Style Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Creamy Mustard Mayonnaise Anchor Steam Beer

Second Course Salmon "Toro" Watercress, Quail Egg and Liberty Ale Vinaigrette Liberty Ale

Third Course Calotte de Boeuf Roasted Cipollini Onion, Foie Gras Whipped Fingerlings, and Chocolate Malt Demi Glace Anchor Porter

Fourth Course Maytag Blue Cheese Tart Smoked Walnuts, Spanish Onion Confit, and Pumpernickel Purée Anchor Christmas Ale

Finale Bread Pudding Ale Spiked Caramel and Imperial Stout Ice Cream Anchor "Old Foghorn" Barleywine

The Oceanaire Seafood Room is located at 13340 Dallas Parkway, in The Westin Galleria. Reservations are required for this event, 972-759-2277. Valet parking is available. Dinner begins at 7pm.
