A few weeks ago the Campania's Pizza at the West Village posted to their Facebook page that their landlords "informed us that they would not be renewing our lease and the we must vacate the building by 08/31/12."
Bummer. To make matters worse, they haven't had any luck finding a new digs yet. Luckily, their landlords gave them an extension on their lease, and so naturally they're extremely relieved.
To celebrate their temporary new lease on pizza, they're having a sale, tomorrow, Wednesday. From their Facebook page:
"Since Wednesday would have been our last day, we are going have a great special to get everyone in to celebrate with us! $5.00 personal pizzas, any toppings ALL DAY. Not valid with any other coupons!"
