Event: Diwali Mela
When: 4 p.m.-midnight Saturday, October 31 
What: More Indian food than you will ever find inside the loop on any other day, including street food, kathi rolls, kulfi and more. Elephant rides, music, burning effigies and tens of thousands of Indian attendees. This is the biggest, most authentic food festival available in the area, and nobody will guilt you for not wearing a Halloween costume.
Where: Fair Park
Tickets: $8 per person and kids get in free. Get tickets ahead of time here

Event: Dia de los Puercos 2015
When: 3 p.m. Sunday, November 1
What: Pigs in tortillas in so many ways. LUCK, El Come Taco, Chili Pepper Grill, Taco Heads, Trompo Oak Cliff and Revolver Taco are making a bunch of tacos in Four Corners Brewing’s parking lot.
Where: 423 Singleton Blvd.
Tickets: Admission is $25 with no beer and $35 with beer. Get the beer, and get your tickets here.

Event: Untapped
When: 2:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. Saturday, November 7
What: More than 400 beers from 100 breweries with a rock concert by the Flaming Lips. Untapped will turn Fair Park into a massive beer garden and your favorite local craft breweries will be filling your glass. Expect food from LUCK, Meddlesome Moth, East Hampton Sandwich Co., Scardello and Glazed Donut Works, among others.

Event: Community Beer Co. and Peticolas Co-Tour
When: 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday, November 10
What: It’s about time these guys teamed up for something different. Brewery tours are usually held on the weekends, and after you’ve attended one, you’re likely too drunk to get to the next. Buses will shuttle attendees between two of Dallas' best breweries for this weekday evening event. Pick the brewery you want to start at when you purchase your ticket.
Where: Peticolas Brewing Co., 2026 Farrington St., and Community Beer Co., 1530 Inspiration Drive.
Tickets: $25 dollars takes care of your shuttle bus and beer. Buy 'em here.

Event: Dallas Whiskey Fest
When: 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, November 14
What: Whiskey: A lot of whiskey and other spirits for you to consume in Addison. This is the fourth Whiskey Fest and this year’s event has a Las Vegas theme. Free headaches offered the next day!
Where: Status Jet Hanger at Addison Airport
