What would you do for a year's worth of free Whataburgers? (Now, now, be nice. It's free.)

In celebration of the opening of Coppell's first Whataburger, 730 N. Denton Tap Road, each of the store's first 20 customers will win one free Whataburger per week for an entire year. If you aren't lucky enough to be one of the first 20, all subsequent guests will be entered into a raffle to win one of five free Whataburger experiences.

The Coppell store opens at 11 a.m. Monday.

Please note that in order to experience the awesomeness that is 52 free burgers, you must be at least 18 years of age. So break out the sleeping bag and camp stove and get yourself in line so you don't miss your chance to win. We mean now. Don't bother with a babysitter, there's no time. NOW! GET IN LINE NOW!

(Note to our sane readers: How cool would it be if someone actually listened to us?)

Keep the Dallas Observer Free... Since we started the Dallas Observer, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Dallas with no paywalls.
