Ed Murph, owner of the restaurant, was inducted to the Texas Restaurant Association Hall of Honor, winning the organization's highest award. He will be honored today at a ceremony during the 2010 President's Gala in Houston.
A couple of reasons why received this award could be his yearly Thanksgiving dinners for the homeless and his support for local schools, nonprofits and other causes. He has also served as president of the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, which is a TRA chapter. Oh, and he also serves a mean breakfast. Congrats, Ed Murph , sounds like you deserve the honor.
