I don't usually get into making predictions, but this one's just too easy. Off-Site Kitchen, the new breakfast-and-lunch spot from the Neighborhood Services group, opened today, and word is getting out fast. They don't have many seats inside, maybe eight or nine stools, but they've got loads of patio seating outside. It's supposed to hit 74 degrees tomorrow after some a.m. thunderstorms. And the restaurant in question serves what is almost certainly Dallas' best $3.50 burger.

What does all of this add up to?

Off-Site Kitchen (2226 Irving Blvd.) is going to be an absolute shit show tomorrow. And the line at a popular Maple Avenue burger joint will be getting a little shorter.
