Red Dog Right Sports Bar & Grill is offering a free $10 gas card for the first 100 customers through the door on Tuesday, March 22.

Jimmy Fell, "head coach" (i.e. general manager) of Red Dog Right explains why they chose to run this unusual promotion:

"This past week being spring break, we noticed that a lot of families chose to stay in town instead of taking their usual vacation road trips. A big reason for that was the increase in the price of gas, closing in on $4 a gallon. Red Dog Right is all about family fun. So we decided to buck the trend. The first 100 families in for dinner this Tuesday night will receive a $10 gas card to cover their expenses for coming out. Ten dollars should cover round trip from anywhere in the immediate metroplex. It is a small token from us to allow the families the fun that they deserve."

To make the deal even sweeter, there's only one idea on the entire menu that's over $10.

The fine print: You must order one entree per guest and you receive one gas card per table, so our advice: Carpool, and make sure you're not driving a Suburban from Plano.
