And you're right. The dinner, which we mentioned in Hash Over on Monday, features Southern Star's Pine Belt Ale (a Hophead fave) and Bombshell Blonde, and Bear Republic's Hop Rod Rye and Big Bear Stout. Paired to the beers are peanut-crusted shrimp, baked feta cheese with red pepper and salmon roe, buttermilk potato chicken with garlic broccoli rabe.
Well, you're in luck. It starts tonight at 7 p.m. and would ordinarily run $50 a seat. However, owner Simon McDonald has offered two free pairs of tickets to the event to the first two people who e-mail him. Go!
