Update:We used a random number generator to pick a winner and drew comment number one. KrisinDallas, may your future be filled with many tacos and drinks.

We told you back in February about Torchy's Tacos opening up another location near the SMU campus, and as the opening date gets closer there's some more news coming out of the Austin based taco chain, involving booze. The latest Torchy's, which will share space with a second Nodding Donkey and a World of Beer location in the BLVD residential development, will not have just bottled beer for sale but a full bar too.

Other than cocktails, the new Torchy's will otherwise mimic the same model that's made the chain popular this far, says a spokesperson for the company. They're hitting the booze hard, though, with draft and bottled beer and frozen margaritas in the popular college flavors of lime, strawberry and mango. There's even a full line of cocktails in the works, some of which are infused with spicy spirits.

The grand opening party is August 15, and they're planning on giving out a ton of free tacos and beverages to anyone with a pass. That's the real reason for this blog post. I have two of them to give away a commenter who can tell us why they deserve them. Time's up at 4 p.m., so get that bragging/rationalizing/begging go, and be sure to send me or leave an email address in the comments.
