Winter is on its way out (fingers crossed), but Dallas is still serving up plenty of delicious seasonal spirits. I spent the past few weeks exploring some of Dallas' winter cocktails (you can view the full slideshow here). And while all the drinks are a foolproof way to escape Dallas' bitter cold front, these five might be most apt for heating things up between you and your babely Valentine.

Tanoshii: Baileys, cream, roasted coconut, Hakushu 12 year single malt whiskey.

Red Violin at
Belly & Trumpet: Creme Yvette, lemon, simple syrup, Peychaud's, champagne and a lemon twist.

Chula-rita Swirl aka the "Lemongrass Margarita" at
Pakpao: 100% blue agave tequila infused with lemongrass and orange peel, triple sec, homemade lemongrass sweet and sour syrup. Swirled with a prickly pear and orange liquor or topped it with a Cointreau Noir float.

Bolsa: Remy V, Cointreau, Gran Classico, blood orange and sage.
