Back in December, the Taco Trail led José Ralat Maldonado to Kor-BQ, a Korean taco joint operating in a Plano strip center. Now Goghee To Go is bringing Korean/Tex-Mex fusion to Dallas. Goghee To Go (2222 Inwood Road) is celebrating its grand opening today by giving customers a free taco with purchase. Sample a beef, chicken, pork or mushroom, but make sure to add kimchi -- spicy pickled cabbage -- to your taco. They also serve nachos, quesadillas and tortas, all with goghee, which means "meat" in Korean.
