Sneak Preview: The Central Market in Preston Hollow

Read more on the new Market: Central Market's Preston Hollow Store Will Open February 15, with Shelves Stocked By Jewish Mothers

Mayor Mike Rawlings cut the ribbon on the new Central Market location at Preston and Royal on Valentine's Day, with a special performance by the Hillcrest High School Band and Junior ROTC.

The store will officially open on Wednesday, February 15, and will sport a new selection of New York Deli-style dishes, bagels, and artisan salumi. Photographer Jay Barker brings photos from the ribbon cutting.
