Tuesday doesn’t seem quite so far away from the weekend when there’s wine to be had. Hotel ZaZa wraps up its summer wine series with an ode to Spanish vintages Tuesday evening. Modest pours of five boutique wines will tease the tongue, along with tasty tidbits from the kitchen. The Maitre D’Hotel (say that three times fast) Chas Martin will explain the characteristics of each selection and explore the production process. Remember: swish, swallow, then exhale through the nose. The tasting is from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at Hotel ZaZa’s Dragonfly Restaurant, 2332 Leonard St. Cost is $35 per person. To make a reservation, call 214-550-9500.
