Support the independent voice of Dallas and help keep the future of Dallas Observer free.
From the Courthouse News Service, this bit of legal ephemera out of Denton County, where Jeff Soele Real Estate alleges that Lake Lewisville's Xtreme Marine and salesman Mike Flowers are just a little too extreme for his tastes:
DENTON, Texas (CN) -- The "new 2006 demo boat" a customer bought from Xtreme Marine for $247,000 was used, and when the buyer complained that he wasn't getting the promised upgrades and modifications, the salesman sent him a text message that said, "ur a pc of shit," the buyer claims in Denton County Court.
