Latasha Wilson should have just gotten a Lyft. The 34-year-old Dallas woman, apparently unsatisfied with the other transportation options available, commandeered an empty ambulance at Baylor Hospital on Sunday, Dallas police say.

Considering Wilson was driving a vehicle that’s pretty hard to miss, she actually did pretty well for herself. Wilson was stopped — police called it a “high risk traffic stop” — almost nine miles south of the hospital. She was arrested without incident at the intersection of Ledbetter Drive and Bonnie View Road. Wilson has been charged with theft greater than $200,000 and remains in Dallas County Jail on $5,000 bond.
