I don’t care how big your grill is, you’ll never be able to make me a steak as good as one I could get at a four-star steakhouse like Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop House, 5330 Belt Line Road. Perhaps they have steak elves helping them in the kitchen, because, more often than not, what they put on my plate is magical. At their Cooking Techniques of a Steakhouse Cooking Demonstration and Wine Dinner, the elves will be nowhere in sight (Invisible? Perhaps.) as you get to see fine cuisine such as Kobe corn dogs, balsamic glazed prime beef tenderloin salad and prime New York strip with a brandy peppercorn sauce prepared before your very eyes. Dinner will be served 6:30 p.m. Saturday, and the demonstration and dinner is $74.95 plus tax and tip. Call 972-934-2467 for reservations.
Sat., May 19, 6:30 p.m.
