Fine dining is what you make of it, and Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop House is making it an event at the Winter 2008 Cigar Dinner. The feast, featuring such treats as pecan fried oysters, 40-day-aged rib eye and baked Alaska, will be served with a series of Ashton cigars as well as libations, including Glenlivet Nadurra 16-year-old scotch and Merryvale “Starmont” Chardonnay. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop House, 5330 Belt Line Road. Dinner is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. Call 972-934-2467 for reservations.
