Finding the right gallery show can be a bit daunting. What you like one day, you may not the next, and though variety is the spice of life, you need a bit of consistency as you walk through a room. That’s why the three-person art exhibition on display at Craighead-Green Gallery (1011 Dragon St.) is like an art-appreciating Goldilocks’ dream come true. The exhibition shows off the works of Scott Carroll, Jay Maggio and Steve Seinberg and offers a vast range of original creations with enough thematic similarities to make sure you stay on the right path. The three artists’ paintings and sculptures, all of which depict landscapes and nature, will be on display at Craighead-Green Gallery through November 14. Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Mondays, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. Call 214-855-0779 or craigheadgreen.com.

Mondays-Saturdays. Starts: Oct. 17. Continues through Nov. 14, 2009
