Cheese is, without a doubt, the greatest stuff on earth—I’d give up my left arm before I’d give up cheesy goodness. Luckily local legend Paula Lambert, founder of the Mozzarella Company, is here to make sure that fresh, quality cheeses are at our fingertips daily…allowing me to still use a cheese knife in either hand. In honor of her new book, Cheese, Glorious Cheese: More Than 75 Tempting Recipes for Cheese Lovers Everywhere, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth will have a signing and luncheon (featuring recipes from the book) with the author. The signing begins at 10:30 a.m. with lunch to follow on Wednesday at Café Modern, 3200 Darnell St. in Fort Worth. The three-course lunch is $30; $40 if paired with wine. Call 817-840-2457 for reservations or visit themodern.org.
Wed., March 7, 10:30 a.m.
