If you’re a conspiracy theorist or a UFO buff, then you’ve no doubt heard of Skunk Works, the nickname for aerospace manufacturer Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs–the division responsible for the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk and all sorts of other stealth aircraft the government may or may not have reverse-engineered from the crashed Roswell UFO and tested out at Nevada’s Area 51. So obviously, any art exhibit called Skunk Works piques our interest. Whether or not Professor Jorge Misium’s installation features a gaggle of space aliens remains to be seen, but if it really is “space transforming” as advertised, you would think aliens would have to be involved somehow.
