I don’t know how many times I’m going to have to tell you guys this, but soccer (or football if you’re not from these parts) is where it’s at, and this weekend is a big one in the world of footie. Sunday brings us both the MLS Cup Finals as well as round three of the South America World Cup Qualifiers, with Brazil taking on Peru as they gear up for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. So after you watch the MLS Cup, you can head over to SushiSamba (13270 Dallas Parkway) as they host a soccer watching party where you can cheer on the Brazilian team (if you’re so inclined) while enjoying SambaBrunch featuring their signature Brazilian-Peruvian-Japanese fusion cuisine. The game starts at 2 p.m. Sunday on the large-screen TV at SushiSamba. Call 214-866-0214 or visit sushisamba.com.
