A&E’s Storage Wars: Texas is adding two new faces during this season’s premier on Wednesday at 8, both of whom are local businesswomen. Mary Padian of Mary’s Finds on Market Center Boulevard and Jenny Grumbles of Uptown Country Home on Milton Avenue join RiverRegency proprietor and colorful Storage Wars veteran Morris “Dr. Moe” Prigoff to beef up the show’s Dallas constituency.

A passionate “upcycler,” Grumbles’ strategy is to focus on storage units that other buyers ignore and turn a profit through design ingenuity. Grumbles is also a studio artist whose paintings are for sale in her shop.

Dumpster diver extraordinaire Padian is known for unconventional techniques, often finding treasures in others’ cast-offs. She says that great — and unique — design is available at every budget, and her motto is, “work hard, stay humble.”
