What used to be an old Thai restaurant is now serving upscale seafood dishes. An aggressive remodel transformed the space, now tricked out in dreamy ocean blues with sculptures of driftwood and sand dollars and starfish strewn about.
The fish is wicked fresh and specials showcase odd sea creatures of all sorts. Grilled shrimp, golden trout and seared salmon may all sound like plates you’ve had before, but Driftwood’s kitchen turns out some interesting takes. Vibrant sauces and condiments decorate what can at times be noisy plates.
