The above video comes courtesy of The Melting Season, which you no doubt recall, is Bruce Blay's offshoot of Sleep Whale. Posted over the weekend to Sleep Whale's Twitter feed, the clip's an oddly alluring pairing of old, and yes awkward, aerobics dance video clips with what turns out is a surprisingly dance-y song from Blay's folktronic side project. Anyway, check it out.

Then you, like me, can start eagerly wondering when, if ever, we'll start seeing any actual albums from a Sleep Whale side project not named Sunnybrook.
