Lamar — where, ’round 10:30 tomorrow morning, DPD Chief David Brown, DEA Special Agent in Charge James Capra and United States Attorney Jim Jacks will be holding. A press conference, I mean. Or you can come by Unfair Park HQ. Patrick “Buzz” Williams will be the one out front holding a bucket.
