We've got Las Vegas. We've got New York. We've got LA.

Now, Chi-Town is in the building with the opening of The Hampton Social, one of many anticipated restaurant openings this year. Downtown Dallas' newest patio and rooftop bar combo in the former Iron Cactus space serves coastal-inspired cuisine and encourages a "rosé all day" attitude. It's across the street from the Giant Eyeball and next to The Joule Hotel's Midnight Rambler and Sassetta.

This is the concept's 12th location and first in Texas. The Hampton Social also has spots in Chicago, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado.

The designers at The Hamptom Social took advantage of all 20,000 square feet of space. There is indoor seating, a patio and a bar spread across three levels, and the decor is very Hamptons, Martha Vineyard-esque. There's even a private basement floor entrance for a members-only lounge.

The menu is seafood-forward, as expected, and the prices range a bit high: a golden beet salad is $18.95, and the crispy coconut tofu bowl and smash burgers are both $19.95. Key items are lobster rolls and raw oysters at market price, plus a New England clam chowder for $9.95.

The lobster roll is a signature dish at this new three-level restaurant.

A selection of pizzas, sandwiches and shareables balance out the rest of the menu.

One interesting tidbit about this menu is that the restaurant's owner, Brad Parker, told Culture Map Dallas, "I know it seems simple, but our smashburger is one of the best burgers around." Bold words from someone sporting linen pants. We'll see.

They're following a trend of threes: three patios and three separate drink menus for lunch, dinner and brunch. The Starlet espresso martini, oyster shooter and an $80 anchor-shaped tray sporting 10 housemade shots are constants across all three. They're giving their trademarked "rosé all day" a whole boozy new meaning.

Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m., and brunch is Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
