Damned if I can find any hint of this on KDFW-Channel 4’s Web site, which might be the worst local TV-news site in town, but MediaWeek brings news that the Fox owned-and-operated station has paired up with journalism students from SMU on a new site called Fox U News, which will make its official debut with coverage from Iowa and New Hampshire in coming days (hours?). Says here that “Fox added a number of new features to its Web site, including one that will allow students to post real-time messages on events. Students will also provide blogs and vlogs (video blogs) on the station’s political page and give selected on-air reports.” Can. Not. Wait. –Robert Wilonsky
