Yesterday, Friend of Unfair Park “The Big Guy” directed our attention to a Jalopnik item in which a security guard for Dallas Auto Auction is seen treating someone else’s Corvette ZR1 like it’s his very own hundred-thousand-dollar Hot Wheel. For whatever reason, said security guard not only recorded his burnout session, but also posted it to the YouTube — hence, his 48 hours of fame and this morning’s follow-up, in which the owner of the Nebraska dealership that sold said ‘Vette has promised to get the Dallas Police Department on the case: “We WILL be pressing charges with the Dallas police in the morning for taking the car WITHOUT ANY permission from us in anyway and also for the way it was treated.” Worth it?
