These four atmospheric riff-meisters have found a home on progressive hardcore stronghold Hydrahead Records, creeping ever closer to the blinding brilliance of labelmates and genre godheads Isis. Of course, none of this knowledge will prevent the severe case of whiplash Pelican’s thrash-happy live set is liable to induce. Labelmates Big Business, a heavy two-piece, and Kentucky’s Breather Resist open.
