Ask any non-techy person to complete a circuit and they’d probably either stare at you or give it a shot just to get their hands on a sweet-ass soldering iron. Circuitry is for the trained electronics professionals, Cirkitry, however, is something for the artists, the collaborators, and it’s a way to exhibit certain connections visually—with no pressure to make the lamp light and no risks of blowing the motherboard. Cirkit of Mythos: The Synaptic Circus features the works of Omar Hernandez, Greg Mansur, Eddy Rawlinson and Jason Reynaga…and their synapses. The unified but topically varied exhibition shows through December 22 at UNT artspace FW, in the Center for BioHealth, 3400 Camp Bowie Blvd. at Boland St. Call 817-735-0205 or visit gallery.unt.edu.
Tuesdays-Saturdays, 12-5 p.m. Starts: Nov. 20. Continues through Dec. 22, 2007
