It’s Sunday afternoon: Do you know where your nerds are? If your dorks have gone missing, chances are you’ll find them at the Sci-Fi Expo. The nerd population of North Texas will descend upon the Irving Convention Center (500 W. Las Colinas Blvd.) for two days of TV, movie and comic geekery. There will be plenty of booths, costumes and wares up for grabs in addition to the usual photo/autograph sessions with actors from sci-fi favorites like Back to the Future, Deep Space Nine, The Walking Dead, Battlestar Galactica and The Lord of the Rings. And Andrew McCarthy will be making his first Dallas appearance, because we all know that the most classic of all sci-fi flicks is Weekend at Bernie’s.
