The Flying Saucer in Addison knows exactly what it takes to keep the locals happy, so it’s serving up the brews, brisket and beats this weekend at the third annual BeerBQ. On the menu of eats will be barbecue faves like smoked sausages, brisket and Bratzel dogs. Hopheads will have a full range of local beers to choose from, along with some extra special appearances of Divine Reserve casks from St. Arnold and a limited two-hour release of Real Ale’s Mysterium Verum.
