Before the long-awaited Art Conspiracy coming December 1 to the Longhorn Ballroom, curator and art/event coordinator Sarah Jane Semrad (and CorinthPark owner Herschel Alan Weisfield) offer an artistic amuse bouche of sorts with the appropriately titled Primer. The group exhibition features works from local artists Kate Nelson, Tim Stokes, Ronald Radwanski, John Holt and Nevada Hill and is part of the Cedars Open Studios Tour. The show will be open during the tour from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and later, for an artists’ reception, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Just enough whet the artistic appetite. CorinthPark is located at 1837 Corinth St. Admission is free. Call 469-951-7323.
Sat., Nov. 18, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
