OK, I’m not really a crafty person, so I still haven’t started my life’s scrapbook. Of course I’ve heard about those scrapbooking weekends, but what about us beginners? Well, look no further. Heirloom’s Grapevine Rubber Stamp and Paper Arts Festival is bringing the art of scrapbooking, and just about every other paper crafting activity, to you. With tons of exhibitors and products, beginners and pros are invited to spend the weekend surrounded by the many forms of paper arts. Not only can attendees browse exhibitors like DeNami Design and Loralie Designs, but they are also invited to learn new techniques being demonstrated throughout the festival. The festival lasts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 South Main St. Admission is $8 on Saturday, which is good for both days, and $6 for Sunday.
