If you are the kind of person that really enjoys a good musical, or are fortunate enough to be friends with/related to/dating someone who is, then you are in luck! Dallas’ own Uptown Players are hosting their ninth annual fundraiser, Broadway Our Way, at the Kalita Humphreys Theater through May 15. This lighthearted performance features some of the best known Broadway hits (and even some less recognizable) as the men and women of the Uptown Players are pitted against each other in both song and dance to prove which sex truly does deserve Dallas-area diva status. Tickets are $40 and include a past-performance reception and access to over 100 auction items. Show times are 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
