Feliz Navidad! I definitely learned that entire song in my middle school Spanish class. My name was Guadalupe every day for an hour–Lupe for short. I wasn’t a pro at learning Spanish, but I knew “Feliz Navidad,” among a few others, of course. The DFW International Community Alliance is hosting its annual Navidad Latinoamericana concert with musical ensembles from many nations including Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. Enjoy the villancicos, posadas, tonadas and aguinaldos that are true jewels of the Latin American Christmas tradition. Navidad Latinoamericana will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Holy Trinity Church, 3811 Oak Lawn Ave. Tickets are $5 for adults and free for children under 10.
