Is the holiday season getting you down? Do you feel pressured to find the right gift, attend all the parties you’re invited to, and sing along with every single Christmas song you hear? Are all those sleigh bells ringing, jinglin’, ring ting tinglin’, leaving you feeling a little jangled? Well, the Turtle Creek Chorale wants to ease some of that pressure—at least the pressure to sing—for you with their traditional holiday concert. Jangled promises to rediscover the true spirit of the holidays and celebrate the ruly magical season with glorious choral music. The show opens at 7:30 p.m. Thursday with performances through Sunday at Dallas City Performance Hall, 2520 Flora St. The performance on Saturday, December 20 at 2:30 p.m. is a special family concert that includes a sing-along and visit from Santa Claus. Tickets are$33-$60, available at turtlecreek.org.
Fridays, Saturdays, 7:30 p.m.; Sundays, 2:30 p.m. Starts: Dec. 19. Continues through Dec. 21, 2014
