Musical pioneers like Beethoven and Mozart paved the way for future artistic generations, but they never caused anyone to shriek with horrifying amusement. It’s the 21st century, and it’s time to take music to the next level, one note at a time, with the unique classical styling of Igudesman & Joo and their performance of A Little Nightmare Music. Combining music, theater and humor into one show, Igudesman & Joo have been friends since they were 12, perform in a variety of venues including concert halls and stadiums and strive to spread a passion for classical music to people of all ages. A Little Nightmare Music takes place at 8 p.m. Saturday at The Charles W. Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive. Tickets are $32-52.
