The Modern’s shell, that tremendous glass building, turns ten this month. To celebrate, the team is dolling up the permanent collection with a run of new acquisitions. The electronic cherry-on-top was revealed to the public on Friday in this new piece by Jenny Holzer. Her work plays off of its surroundings, so she catered ours, Kind of Blue, to interact with the decade-young architecture and run infinitely off, thanks to the exterior pool’s reflection.
It’s gorgeous. Go see it, ASAP.
