Several Friends of Unfair Park have asked when we’re going to address Saturday’s Dallas Morning News story about a letter from the city of Dallas to the Texas Attorney General’s Office in which it’s suggested that there is, in fact, a draft of HVS’s convention center hotel financial feasibility study despite the mayor’s protestations to the contrary. Truth is, I don’t know what we can add at this point: We have our own pending open records requests into the city involving the hotel, and Sam last Saturday addressed HVS studies past, present and future. What we do have is Assistant City Manager A.C. Gonzalez’s memo to the mayor and council, sent Friday evening in anticipation of the Saturday story, in which Gonzalez reiterates there is no “draft study” and says that upon its release, “the final HVS study … will be distributed and posted to the City’s web site.” The memo is below in full.AC’s Memo to Council and Mayor Publish at Scribd or explore others: School Work How-to-Guides & Manu security image
