Artspace111 tipped us off to something we didn’t even know we wanted. The Modern Museum of Fort Worth’s Cafe Modern boasts a menu of 13 lucky summer cocktails, each inspired by works from the museum’s permanent collection.

As you may recall, the Modern brought you this great Lucian Freud exhibition, still on view through October 28, and this weekend the museum will be open late as part of its First Fridays series, featuring jazz, dinner hours at Cafe Modern, a docent-led gallery tour and the Magnolia at the Modern film series, screening the documentary Neil Young Journeys at 6 and 8 p.m..

Here are a few of the pieces the museum used and the cocktails they inspired:

Scull’s Angel, John Chamberlain (1974)

Applejack l Bénédictine l Lemon Preserve

Gun, Andy Warhol (1982)
Rittenhouse Rye l Sweet Vermouth l Dry Vermouth l Bitters l Fig Syrup

Ema (Nude Descending a Staircase), Gerhard Richter (1992)
Cruzan Rum l Coconut Rum l Pineapple l Grenadine

Mental, Gilbert & George (1976)
Tito’s Vodka l Triple Sec l Pineapple Juice l Passionfruit l Champagne
