Cowtown-based Rahr & Sons Brewery earned the Clear Channel Outdoor Excellence in Business Award April 22 during the Entrepreneur Expo luncheon at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
The award is more than just a pat on the back: the brewery will receive creative consulting and five billboards with 24-weeks of coverage from the signage giant.
Rahr managing partner Tony Formby was on hand to accept the award.
“Being an entrepreneur is a wonderfully creative process,” he said. “Challenges and problems that can be turned into opportunities present themself at every turn. Entrepreneurship is the engine that drives America.”
Yeah, well–that sorta depends on what form of entrepreneurship we’re talking about…
